15.1 Order Acceptance
By placing an order, you acknowledge that we may not always be able to accept it. In certain situations—such as where products are unavailable, delivery is not possible to your location, or an error has occurred in pricing or product information—we may decline or cancel your order. If this happens, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment received.
15.2 Late Payments (Business Customers)
If any payment due to us is not made on time, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount. Interest will accrue daily at a rate of 4% per annum above the prevailing base rate set by the Bank of England, calculated from the due date until payment is made in full. This applies whether or not legal proceedings have been initiated.

We apply VAT or equivalent sales taxes based on the destination country of the order. If tax rates change between the time your order is placed and the time it is fulfilled, we may adjust the amount payable accordingly, unless full payment has already been received prior to the change taking effect.
15.4 Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, supply chain issues, or production delays. Where such delays occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to minimise disruption.
If a delay is significant, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any goods not yet received, subject to reasonable costs already incurred where applicable.

While we aim to ensure accuracy, the appearance, packaging, or labelling of products may differ slightly from images or descriptions shown on our website or in promotional materials.

Where products are supplied in connection with an event and made available for collection, they must be collected within a reasonable timeframe. If items are not collected within six (6) months of the event date, the right to claim those goods may be lost. We reserve the right to reallocate or resell uncollected items.

If you are purchasing as a consumer via distance selling (e.g. online or mail order), you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within a specified period and receive a refund, including standard delivery costs. This right is subject to certain conditions and exclusions (as outlined in Section 6). Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning items.
